Coaching sessions focus on diet and mindset. This session encompass a variety of modalities within the scope of emotional intelligence, including dialectics, somatics, healthy coping skills, lifestyle and dietary modifications that are tailored to your individualized wellness needs. We conduct skilled, evidence-based conversations to understand, and empower clients and allow them to explore their wellness needs. Your coach will be your advocate and create a space for you to discover what some of your patterns are around living a healthy uniquely designed life. Your coach will create a plan based on your specific needs and goals and will support you in having mindset breakthroughs, and in making sustainable changes. 1-on-1 wellness and mindset coaching sessions (50 minutes) include the following package options:
