In these condensed wellness sessions, you can address any health or wellness topic you need immediate input on, or Dr. Melody will suggest a selection of salient topics. These are 45-minute power sessions that cover a variety of topics such as:

Healthy Meal Prep Tips:

In these sessions, we will create healthy meal prep ideas that work for your busy schedule. These will be unique to your budget, time, and weekly schedule.

What to ask your doctor:

Often, we will go to our doctor’s appointments without knowing exactly what we should ask, and with a poor understanding of our needs and concerns. With a limited time to spend with the doctor, it can be challenging to address all your concerns. In these sessions, Dr. Melody will support you in identifying key questions and concerns to address with your doctor at your next visit so that you do not miss important discussions, to get the most from your visits.

Nutritional Supplement Questions:

Do you have questions about nutritional supplements? Are you worried you may be taking too many supplements? Or not sure why you are even using certain ones? Are you worried about the interactions between your supplements and prescription medications? This session will allow you to ask you questions from a licensed pharmacist.

Digestive Balance:

Did you know that 70-80% of immune cells are in your gut? In these sessions, we will review your digestion and any gastrointestinal symptoms you may have. Dr. Melody will give you quick and easy steps to improve your gut health.

Immune Support:

In these sessions, Dr. Melody will review ways to support your immune system so that it is functioning optimally throughout the year.

Pantry, Fridge, & Grocery List:

In these sessions, we will review the food items in your home and understand how to read food labels to look for unhealthy hidden ingredients in your pantry and fridge.

Self-Care Analysis:

In these sessions, Dr. Melody will review your self-care routine and rituals and give feedback.

Prompted Journaling Sessions:

Dr. Melody will start with journal prompts to allow you to reflect and explore a variety of areas in your life.
